First Marina Freeze Over.

Monday, 3rd December 2012.
Kings Bromley Marina.

Yesterday morning the Marina was frozen over for the first time this Winter, it wasn't very thick and didn't stop boat movement.

7.30 on Sunday morning, brurr.

I've found the best thing to do on mornings like this is to chuck a couple of logs (free of course) on the fire and cook breakfast.

Breakfast yesterday consisted of two fried eggs, baked beans and two sausages (vegetarian in my case) followed by plenty of tea and crispy toast covered in butter and marmalade.

But not just any marmalade,  "Jam Ole" marmalade.

Marmalade made to the original Kearley and Tonge recipe and
sold by "The Friends of Raymond" at various boating events
around the country.
